Snapics is operated by GT-ATLAS LLC. These terms describe virtual try-on and existing saved work. An earlier purchase keeps the terms saved with that purchase.
Your images and your review
Upload person and garment photographs you have permission to use. Where enabled, Quick and Styled generate outfit previews from your selected images. Results can change appearance, lettering, geometry and materials. Compare the result with your originals before using it. A virtual preview does not establish garment measurements or physical fit. Snapics does not guarantee an exact reconstruction, unseen details or commercial performance.
Existing editing and saved work
Branding, positioning, headlines, derivative sizes and repeat downloads reuse saved artwork without another AI action. Draft autosave has a visible status; exports are saved versions. Originals and generated artwork are separate private files.
Existing photo-editor offers
New photo-editor subscriptions are not open during the current quality review. When sales open, Pricing and Billing show the same versioned charge, AI units, quality and expiry before payment. No new subscription is created by opening the editor. Existing purchases remain governed by their original accepted terms.
Virtual try-on availability
New customer VTO generation and sales are not currently open. Viewing your account or selecting photos does not create a subscription or submit a paid generation request. Existing balances and accepted purchase terms remain unchanged.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your account secure. Do not submit unlawful or infringing material, impersonate another person, or attempt to access another account’s files. You remain responsible for the claims and content you publish.
Support and deletion
Contact support@snapics.ai or use your signed-in support tickets. Account deletion schedules media cleanup and stops new work. Required financial records and backups are handled separately. Download your files before deleting your account.
Consumer rights and historical purchases
Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply. A returned AI unit does not mean money was refunded. Historical Product Launch Pack purchases retain their original full-refund conditions and deadlines; their records are not converted into a new plan.
