Upload or import photographs and copy only with permission. Do not fabricate certifications, endorsements, product claims or evidence of unseen details. Review generated changes before publishing.
Protect people and accounts
Do not use the service for unlawful content, abuse, impersonation, exploitation, harassment or attempts to access another account’s private media. Do not submit secrets or card details in uploads or support messages.
Respect account and purchase limits
Do not bypass account permissions or generation limits, automate duplicate purchases or interfere with capacity reservations. Existing launch-pack purchases retain their one-pack-per-account conditions. Uncertain provider requests must be reconciled; they are not permission to generate again.
Report a problem
Use Contact or your authenticated support tickets to report a rights, security or content problem. Include the relevant result, purchase or page reference without exposing credentials.
