A failed or undelivered image action returns its AI units. An interrupted request is investigated before another request can begin. Returning units is not a money refund. For an unsuitable result or payment issue, contact support@snapics.ai with your edit and payment references. Mandatory consumer rights apply.
The historical launch-pack refund obligation below remains in force for those purchases.
Offer and deadline
$9 once buys two creative images and five layouts without watermarks. There is no subscription or account-credit deduction. Both image requests are reserved before payment. Checkout lasts 31 minutes; complete initial generation and review by the saved fulfillment deadline, 24 hours after checkout expires. No automatic image retries.
The first nine eligible customer accounts with a verified primary email can buy one pack each. Sales end September 17, 2026 at 08:08:04 UTC, or earlier when sold out. The launch fulfillment window expires September 18, 2026 at 09:08:04 UTC.
Full money refund
If all seven images cannot be delivered by the saved deadline, or you reject an image during initial review, the full $9 is returned to your original payment method. An operator initiates the refund within seven calendar days of failure, rejection or deadline detection. Bank settlement can take longer.
Pending or unknown refunds are not money returned. Only Stripe-confirmed success is described as refunded. Account-credit adjustments are not money refunds; this purchase uses no account credits.
Successful accepted delivery has no extra discretionary refund promise. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain in force. These terms apply to the Product Launch Pack; previous purchases retain their accepted terms.
For a purchase needing refund review, use Help in your signed-in account and include the purchase reference shown on your pack.
Your account and downloads
Sales closing does not close your account. You can still sign in, view saved work and download completed approved packs.
