1. Overview
Snapics.ai, operated by GT Atlas LLC, is an AI-powered image processing platform that delivers irrevocable, non-tangible digital goods. Unlike physical products, a processed image cannot be "returned" — once a non-watermarked image has been generated, revealed, viewed, or downloaded, the service has been fully delivered.
This Refund Policy is designed to be fair to both parties: it protects users who experience genuine technical failures while safeguarding Snapics.ai against refund abuse. Please read it carefully before making any purchase.
2. The Performance Clause
By using a credit to generate, reveal, or download a non-watermarked image, you acknowledge that Snapics.ai has fully performed its contractual obligation for that specific credit. The service is considered "delivered" at the moment the processed image is made available to you.
This means that once any paid credit has been consumed — regardless of whether you downloaded the image, shared it, or simply viewed it in your gallery — that credit represents a completed transaction and is non-refundable.
3. When You Are Eligible for a Refund
Refunds are granted only under the following limited circumstances:
3.1 Zero-Usage Refund (Change of Mind)
If you purchased a subscription or credit pack and have not used any paid credits (zero images generated, zero non-watermarked images revealed), you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- "Zero usage" means your paid credit balance is exactly the same as when it was allocated — no credits consumed whatsoever.
- Free-tier credits (watermarked outputs) do not count toward this threshold.
3.2 Complete System Failure
If the Snapics.ai platform experienced a verified, prolonged technical outage that prevented you from using the Service entirely during your billing period, we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.
- A "system failure" means the platform was completely unavailable — not that a single job failed (failed jobs auto-refund credits automatically).
- You must report the issue within 7 days of the outage.
3.3 Duplicate Charges
If you were charged twice for the same subscription period or purchase due to a billing error, we will promptly refund the duplicate charge upon verification.
4. What Is NOT Refundable
The following are explicitly excluded from refund eligibility:
4.1 Used Credits
Any subscription or credit pack where one or more paid credits have been used to generate, reveal, or download non-watermarked images. Each credit used represents a completed service delivery.
4.2 One-Time Purchases
Individual image unlocks (one-time payments to remove a watermark from a specific image) are final and non-refundable once processed. The non-watermarked image is delivered instantly — there is nothing to "return."
4.3 Subjective Dissatisfaction
Important: Refunds are not issued based on dissatisfaction with the AI's creative choices, artistic style, color accuracy, hallucinations, or any subjective quality assessment — provided the system functioned technically (i.e., an image was generated and delivered).
AI virtual try-on results are inherently variable. Results depend on input photo quality, garment type, and the stochastic nature of AI models. Snapics.ai provides a generous Free Plan with watermarked outputs specifically so you can evaluate the quality of our AI try-on before committing to a paid plan. We strongly encourage you to use the Free Plan to test results before purchasing.
4.4 Expired Refund Window
Requests submitted after the 7-day refund window has closed are not eligible, regardless of usage status.
4.5 Terminated Accounts
Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for any refund.
4.6 Refund Abuse
If we detect a pattern of "upgrade → download → refund" behavior (commonly known as "friendly fraud"), we reserve the right to:
- Deny the refund request.
- Permanently terminate the account without refund.
- Report the activity to Stripe and relevant payment processors.
- Pursue any available legal remedies.
5. Subscription Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancellation and refund are different:
- Cancellation: Stops future billing. You retain access to your paid features until the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for the remaining days.
- Refund: Returns the payment to your original method. Only available under the conditions described in Section 3 above.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing page. No reason is required. Pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods are not provided.
6. EU Right of Withdrawal
If you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA), you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, in accordance with Article 16(a) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU):
By completing a purchase on Snapics.ai, you hereby consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service (virtual try-on, watermark removal, or credit consumption) has been fully performed.
If you have not consumed any paid credits, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 7 days by following the refund process described below.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly.
Filing a fraudulent chargeback (i.e., disputing a charge for a service you received and used) constitutes a breach of these Terms. In such cases, we may:
- Provide evidence of service delivery to your payment processor.
- Permanently ban the associated account.
- Pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus any chargeback fees incurred.
8. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@snapics.ai with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- Your account email address.
- Date of purchase.
- Transaction ID or Stripe receipt number (found in your payment confirmation email).
- Reason for the refund request.
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and issued to your original payment method via Stripe.
9. Automatic Credit Refunds for Failed Jobs
If an AI processing job fails due to a system-side technical error (server crash, provider timeout, model failure), the credits consumed by that job are automatically refunded to your credit balance. No manual action is required. You will see the refunded credits in your Dashboard.
Jobs that fail due to user error (unsupported file format, corrupt image, file too large) do not qualify for automatic credit refunds, as the system validates inputs before consuming credits.

11. Marketplace Purchases
Snapics.ai operates a fashion marketplace with affiliate links to external retailers. For products purchased through our marketplace:
- We do not handle refunds for marketplace purchases. All marketplace transactions occur directly with the retailer (Amazon, ASOS, H&M, etc.).
- To request a refund or return for a marketplace purchase, contact the retailer directly through their website or customer service.
- Each retailer has their own return and refund policies. We recommend reviewing the retailer's policies before making a purchase.
- Snapics.ai is not responsible for product quality, sizing, shipping, or any other aspect of the transaction with the retailer.
